"The place as a beach resort is excellent and i would have given it 5 stars except 2 major issues: - miserable internet and wifi connection. Couldn’t do any work or even send emails - the breakfast buffet (which is included in the price)doesn’t have a coffee station so to get a coffee one has to order it and wait 30-50 min to get the coffee. I drew these issues to the attention of guest relations and hope it will be fixed before next visit which for sure will do"

"Popilia was an incredible place to stay. Eveything about the resort is amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly and was always very helpful. The rooms are comfortable and immaculately kept. The grounds are also meticulously maintianed. The pools is huge and makes you feel like you are in the Caribbean. The restaurant is also very good. "We had a wonderful stay. The room was super clean and the person who greeted us was wonderful, no complaints at all. It just so happens that the sea right across from it has a sewage line and walking towards it from under the bridge was a nasal nightmare. With a car you are absolutely okay to stay here because you can drive to a cleaner swimming spot."
