"Abbiamo trascorso due settimane meravigliose a Casa Quercianella e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. Per noi e per i nostri ragazzi (17 e 13 anni) l'appartamento era perfetto.Arredato con cura e grande attenzione ai dettagli, pulitissimo, con una cucina ben equipaggiata dotata di macchina del caffè a capsule e tante capsule.Roberto, l'incantevole proprietario, è stato sempre disponibile e ci ha dato moltissimi consigli utili su escursioni e spiagge.Nella zona boschiva che inizia proprio sopra la casa ci sono tantissimi cinghiali.Abbiamo fatto parecchie gite a Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, in Val d'Elsa e alle spiagge.Consigliamo l'uso dell'auto, ma in treno si possono comunque raggiungere tutte le città.Torneremo sicuramente!"

"Wir waren mit 5 Personen vor Ort, 2 Erwachsene u 3 Kinder! Uns allen hat es super gefallen, während die Eltern noch das Frühstück genießen, können die Kids schon in den Pool u beim frühstücken hat man die Kids beim Schwimmen im Blick! Um den kompletten Pool ist ein Zaun, damit die ganz kleinen nicht unbeaufsichtigt zum Pool gelangen! Ganz zaubere, gepflegte, neue Wohnung MIT KLIMAANLAGE! Wir haben sie SEHR geschätzt! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!"

"Freundliche Wohnung mit herrlichstem Meerblick und schönem Balkon. Die Wohnung ist hell und sauber und beinhaltet alles was benötigt wird.Sehr freundlicher Empfang und schon im Vorfeld sehr nette Kommunikation.Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.Schöner Meerzugang und in der Hauptsaison steht auch ein Pool zur Verfügung, der aber noch nicht in Betrieb war.Der Ausblick der Wohnung ist wirklich sensationell gut - egal ob vom Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer oder vom Balkon aus. Bei unserem Aufenthalt hat sich der Ausblick vom Esstisch sehr bewährt, da wir fast nie am Balkon essen konnten, da es zu windig war. Wir hatten trotzdem das Gefühl "draußen" zu sein :-) Deutliche Abzüge gibt es für die Funktionalität der Fenster - schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Fenster schwer zu öffnen und keine Fliegengitter. Das Badezimmer ist funktional und sauber gehört aber auf jeden Fall auch modernisiert. Bequeme Sessel am Balkon wären nett - es gibt unzählige normale Sesseln und zwei! Tische - einer davon ein riesiger Esstisch - für zwei Personen völlig unnötig - aber keine bequemen Liegestühle, obwohl der Balkon groß genug wäre und man wunderschöne Nachmittagssonne hat.Wir denken es ist angenehmer mit einem Auto dort zu sein, da die Wohnung etwas abgelegen liegt - allerdings gibt es unmittelbar an der Einfahrt zum Grundstück eine Bushaltestelle.Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung - mit kleinen Abstrichen - weiter empfehlen."
