"Everything is excellent, except the shower which is very small and uncomfortable which makes it impossible to enjoy the bath."

"This hotel is fantastic! The room was so clean, has in room tea facilities and quality toiletries. There’s many towels, slippers and dressing gowns. The breakfast buffet selection is vast and had quality items with gluten free and dairy free options. Cooked items are also available to order. Staff service was outstanding and they are incredibly helpful. The pool area and view are lovely. Great service at the pool too with towels already on the loungers and service to your lounger. The pool food menu is very limited however. The Clou restaurant serves delicious food and has a large wine list with roof top dining and lovely ambience. Parking is difficult as it’s a restricted zone but the hotel offer valet parking for €50 per night. Alternatively, we found €20 euro per night parking in the visitor bays at Porta marina which is 5 min walk from the hotel. Location is great however it is next to restaurant that has an outdoor terrace with very loud music until the early hours of the morning that can be heard if you are in the deluxe sea view room. Room service was efficient with quality food. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again!"

"We loved the history of the building, it was beautiful. Spacious rooms with outside sitting area. Walkable to all areas of interest in Ortigia and cafes and restaurants. Staff were helpful. "

"The building was beautiful and full of character. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. It was close to bars, restaurants and shops. The valet parking was well worth the $25 Euro particularly after a long day of driving. I would happily stay at this hotel again."

"Beautiful modern hotel and beautiful room on 2 floors (sitting room/bathroom downstairs and bedroom upstairs). Great amenities. Only detracting factors are that the room was a bit dark (the hotel is in a narrow alley), and that the bathroom on a different floor than the bedroom is a bit inconvenient at night. The hotel is quite difficult to reach by car (Google maps will send you to an alley where it is impossible to turn or maneuver), so it is best to leave the car in the nearby Piazza Federico di Svevia and arrange for a very convenient valet with the hotel. "

"This hotel is really a gem. It is close to all attraction, the staff is so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our room was big and comfortable. The only thing that bothered us is an automatic light that was turning on at night from the mini bar station in the room on your way to the bathroom. The staff was really helpful and deactivated that light when ask. To access the hotel with a car it is tricky because you have to drive in a narrow pedestrian type of street. That being said it is very well explained by the staff and easy after you didn't once. I would recommend that hotel. We liked it so much that we decided to stay one more night. "
