Maybe some greater guidance (rotation direction of guests) and induction to self service etiquette might have helped. "Beautiful hotel in a convenient but quiet area right behind the duomo! The staff was very helpful, especially when I had to ask for advice during a train strike. The room was a nice size and beautifully decorated. Even with a balcony that opened onto the palazzo, there was no noise at night. Would definitely return!"
