"This is a wonderful hotel. It should have a 4.8 rating. It is the original classic property that once was the Alameda Plaza in the 1970s and the Ritz Carlton in the 1990s. It has old world KC charm overlooking the beautiful Country Club Plaza but new interior. Brunch is outstanding. Staff are helpful, very friendly, and professional and extremely knowledgeable for those that may not know the area. Outdoor pool area is fantastic with plenty of room to lounge."
