We used the spa amenities and it was pretty good for the price - recommended after a day or two of walking up and down the steep hills. Overall we will stay again. It was a beautiful hotel with lovely people working there, filled with so much history."

"The hotel itself is lovely. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel did communicate the off site parking arrangements but we had difficulty locating and navigating the underground escalators that connect the parking garage to street level by the hotel. Google maps does not work for this underground stretch. Street level walking is hilly."

"We stayed for 4 nights and were very satisfied. The location is great: just a minute’s walk from the bus terminal (perfect for our day trip to Assisi) and easy escalator access to the city center. Rooms were spacious for a European hotel, and the modern facilities are well-maintained. The included breakfast was satisfactory. Note that the gym and pool require an extra fee - I didn’t have time to use them anyway, but it was a bit surprising. "
