"In looking at the room in more detail the bathroom was surface clean but lacked detail corners looked dirty. The pillows were not good. The staff at the club jack primarily the women working in the morning early on the 14th wasn’t very helpful we lost a jacket and asked at the club counter and it was found but was thrown in the mop closet on a shelf and she told us that it looked like it was found but she was not touching anything in the closet so we had to search on the shelf and found it but a lot of stuff was falling on the floor of the mop closet seems like not a good place to put peoples clothes and not a good storage space. I can’t believe that is the only place to put lost and found. The staff seemed stressed and not very friendly although the waitresses were very nice."

"The Canyon was Beautiful!! And there were really neat waterfalls nearby plus the Dances with Wolves winter scene site near the Lodge. Also a great restaurant across the street."
