"Room was acceptable, our room was small but useable. Staff was very accommodating. Our room came twin beds which I wasn’t happy with but the staff had a double mattress cover put on to make it more comfortable. The pool is wonderful but it is a family pool so don’t be surprised. It is also very sunny up the so make sure you have proper sunscreen on ( the only place on our trip I burned!). Don’t let the area fool you there is plenty of sites for good coffee and food close. Overall I would say the Stanley is the place to stay in Athens!"

"I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Electra Metropolis Hotel in Athens. As a Greek American who visits Greece every summer, this is always my hotel of choice. From the moment I arrive, it feels like coming home! The hotel is impeccably clean, the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating, and the service is truly exceptional. The breakfast buffet each morning is delicious, the pool is a wonderful place to relax, and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. The overall experience is truly 10/10!! The rooftop has incredible views of the Acropolis and the city of Athens, and the staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Their warmth and hospitality make every stay special!! I highly recommend the Electra Metropolis to anyone visiting Athens, and I look forward to returning year after year. :)"

"Hotel was so nice, the rooftop pools were amazing, the atrium pool too, breakfast was nice and the service amazing. Only thing hotel needs to improve is offer TVs that you can pull devices into, or smart features like Netflix, 5 star hotel should have hdmi connection for room TV in 2026 as a minimum requirement."

"Very clean property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good with plenty of selection in the breakfast buffet. The only downside is the property is quite dated and could use a refresh. That being said, it was very well kept and maintained. I would stay again."
