"The hotel is great. We were there just for the convenience because our flight to Paris was at 6am. But convenience has a price. And this hotel isn't cheap. If you can stay amd enjoy breakfast included in your stay then it's even better. Unfortunately we didn't have that chance as breakfast only opens at 5am. The standard room has a very nice bathtub, not the american size bathtub but the French standard size which was really nice. They also have a pool and a sauna, also super nice. I wish i could have stayed longer. The food and drinks at their lounge, Artemis were pretty decent but pricey. Overall quality hotel witha price tag."

"In addition to an outstanding breakfast buffet, the facility was very clean. The staff provided a place for us to stow our luggage while we waited for our room to be ready. They assisted us in arranging tours that left from the hotel, and helped us find a larger taxi to accommodate our luggage when we left. The pool area was very beautiful, and there seemed to be adequate lounges provided. We chose a Superior Room, which had an extra bed. It was a tight fit for three people, but we managed. I would definitely return to the Stanley Hotel in the future."

"Good location near Acropolis with a wonderful rooftop bar & restaurant - but not a luxury hotel despite the price. The so-called acropolis view room required standing on the edge of a very hot balcony to see the fabled structure. Breakfast buffet a bit steep at 32 euros - all in for ‘American buffet’. In contrast the rooftop was delightful with excellent service and food. Administratively, be cautious. A ‘pay at the hotel booking’ on Expedia was disregarded by the hotel (they charged my entire stay several days prior to arrival) - and then cancelled the booking in Expedia! This caused needless concern and local colleagues had to intervene to confirm the status of my booking. The staff at reception neglected to request a deposit for incidentals so they wouldn’t deliver laundry until I went to reception to pay - after a strongly worded phone call they did what every other in the world does: deliver the laundry and then handle billing upon checkout. On the plus side, staff were dispatched quickly when there was a request. Mixed review. Positives are the staff, rooftop and responsiveness. Negatives stated above."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Presidential Hotel in Athens. The hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms, excellent cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city center and major attractions. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, and the rooftop area provided beautiful views of Athens. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and a pleasant experience for both business and leisure travelers. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the Presidential Hotel to anyone visiting Athens."
