  • This is a 1 bedroom Efficiency apartment on the ground level (walk in with two steps) and private parking area. This apartment is the ground level for our private residence (we live up stairs but rarely here.) It has a mini split Heat and AC unit as well as a stocked mini kitchen included. The full bath is a handicapped bath with a full tub/shower combo. It is very quiet here between Sparta NC and Independence Va
