We did not get a chance to stay at this lovely hotel due to an unforeseen circumstance. The customer service was outstanding, replied to email and provided a refund for our stay. They were kind and helpful. We hope to one day stay at this establishment.

The elevator was out of order and our room was on the fifth floor, and the stairways become progressively narrow as you go up, very hard to negotiate with luggage. The room was not much bigger than a broom closet. Though claustrophobic, it was nicely decorated and maintained, and staff were nice. We got the room at a reduced last-minute price; its normal price is far too high for the size of the room.
