"Stayed here for my daughter’s birthday. The large playground and atrium was a good space that we got a lot of use out of. The hotel property is on the older side but still is a good space for young kids. However, we were very disappointed that the pool was very cold and that the waterslides do not run unless it’s Friday or Saturday. Had we known that we would have gone different days. "

I contacted Lena and, asked if I could at least have half off since I’m not staying there and she refused. Said she wasn’t responsible for the snow removal. I was unaware that I needed to bring a snow shovel. I’ve never stayed at a VRBO before and I am not impressed. I just went home and didn’t spend the weekend.
