"Once upon a time I am sure this place was really nice. We stayed for a golf event, otherwise I would not stay here. We stayed in the executive suite area. The room was outdated and the pullout couch was very worn, torn, broken and uncomfortable. Our smoke alarm battery was old, so it was beeping. The buildings in general could use some upkeep. The room was very overpriced. "

"Room was relatively clean, but updated linens are needed there was a hole in the sheet. Also checking in the lady didn't know what she was doing kept having to re-enter info and my debit card, I asked if it would show more than once she said no. Of course it did, upon checking out I explained and was told by a tearful lady who was more worried about a personal phone call that she couldn't do anything, I would need to speak to manager tomorrow, when I'm 5 hours away. "This motel should not be offered. It was the worse I’d ever seen. I went into our room, the worse looking bathroom I had ever seen, one lone light bulb hanging from ceiling over bed- pulled cover back to check on bed bugs & did not appear to have sheets. There were no towels in bathroom. No mini fridge or microwave (which I would have done with out). I returned the key and said I can’t stay here. It was dirty. Sharon Kouts"
