"First off, before even seeing any of the houses, the customer service is incredible. I was booking a home to accommodate our family as well as hold a wedding reception. They worked with me when I needed to change the dates several times in the beginning and even changed the entire reservation to a new house at one point. They were extremely flexible in allowing us to view the home several months after booking on a day is was vacant to make sure it reached all of our needs in terms of the wedding reception. They made special accommodations for us and were always transparent and prompt with responses. As for the home, immaculate! Every member of our family had nothing but nice things to say about the home. We loved the two hot tubs, the pool got so warm as well it was amazing, sitting by the fire pit drinking coffee in the morning, all tied in the perfected outdoor living space. The inside of the home matched every description. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms had everything you could need, and the kitchen made you feel like you were at home. The exclusive retreats staff helped with when the pool cover flew off, would come every morning to put more water into the pool and also came over early one morning to help us reconnect the pool tablet. The customer service number to text or call was a great asset. Whitney was prompt with responses and would send staff over if we needed help with something. All in all, would 100% recommend staying at one of their properties. I have nothing but great things to report about Exclusive Retreats."

"We were very, very pleased with our accommodations. There was everything we needed for a fun stay. I slept on a very comfortable bed - one like you would find in a top line hotel. Plenty of plug-ins, internet, towels etc. We could not of asked for anything nicer for the price."
