"The location just walkable everywhere, with restaurants, bars, markets just minutes away. There was an inside pool we didn’t use but others enjoyed. The view fron our room was WOW !!! The staff friendly and helpful when you need them"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable and clean. The bed, pillows and linens were lovely and comfortable. The parking situation should be noted but once we figured it out it was clear the staff had a great system. The parkade with mandatory valet service is located just before the hotel entrance. Pull in first and check in afterwards to avoid having to park on the busy street. The staff will bring your bags to reception for you. Same when you check-out. As others have mentioned there are many steps to get to the reception area, so those with mobility needs should be aware. The smell of the lobby was amazing - a lot like Le Labo Santal 33. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We don’t normally take advantage of hotel pools, but the Nordic cycle experience they have in the basement was an amazing amenity. We went twice. From the change rooms to the sauna, cold plunge and pool, everything felt luxurious and very spa like. We’d come back in the winter for this alone. The gym also looked top-tier. It’s right in the middle of the touristy area of the City, so there’s easy access to shopping and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back, no question!"

"We have been staying at this hotel for over 20 years. It is a staple in my travels when I go from Ottawa to Nova Scotia. We love the outdoor pool and especially love the indoor pool and hot tub. The restaurant is excellent, but be sure to make reservations! Clean rooms and customer service is fantastic!"
