Miriam, the manager, provided outstanding customer service—she was very informative, attentive, and made the whole experience smooth with easy check-in and check-out reminders.The apartment itself feels like home, with everything we needed available. It’s in a great location—close to the race track and near all amenities. The cleanliness of the room, washroom, living room, and kitchen was excellent, which is very important to me.Hopefully, people find this review helpful. "Did not receive details from Host to access property and had to find another property to stay. Tried reaching out to Expedia but this is the hardest thing as there is only IA contact and no human contact to be able to explain the situation. I would appreciate if someone would contact me from Expedia regarding this uneventful stay. It was not a good situation to be. Got to the property and was told that there were no reservations in my name (bookings for my mother) and this was very disappointing to say the least. EXPEDIA, PLEASE CONTACT ME ABOUT THIS URGENTLY, VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER."
