"This is my go to hotel when I come Jackson for a visit. It is convenient to downtown Jackson and my daughter’s college. Front Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and I slept like a baby at night."

"Our room was very clean, we had problems with the air conditioning and so the staff gave us another room with no problem. Everyone was very nice and accommodating! The breakfast was exactly what we needed! We enjoyed our stay and will be returning in September."

"The rooms were smoke-free, nicely air-conditioned, a good size and clean. The entry to the hotel and casino was poor. If you are at all sensitive to smoke this may not be the place for you. It has a nice river view, loads of parking close by. It served our purpose of a place to crash, close to I-20 ,for a good price."

"The pool heater was not turned on and the closet door was off the slides. The wifi was out for almost the entire stay. But thats all little things and the staff was amazing just attention to details was missed."
