"The staff was amazing! Check in was a breeze. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. Lobby bar was convenient. The weather dropped down into the low 50's so the fire pit was perfect! We stay here every time we come to Bend. Don't hesitate! You will enjoy your stay."

"We checked in late close to 9:40 pm. The indoor spas were closed , the outdoor pool and spa closed at 10pm. We didn’t get to use any amenities as it was late and we checked out early. The staff were friendly the Rooms were comfortable. We didn’t have much light in the room and the tv might have been disconnected when I tried but we were too lazy and tired after the drive to care. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Pillows were soft the bed was firm but comfortable for us. Long hallways. Anyways I think we made a great choice for the Stay. No lights in surrounding areas btw. I’d stay at this hotel again"
