Went to Bend for a concert at the amphitheater. This hotel was a very convenient location. We could have easily walked or biked to the venue. Beautiful views, room, and property. I wish we had more time to enjoy the space. The breakfast was thoughtful and delicious-we had a ham and cheese croissant, and yogurt parfait, coffee and an amazing cinnamon roll. Staff was pleasant. The only downside was that the room was pretty warm at night and the windows did not open and a/c did not work well, but they did have a small fan in the room. Overall a great experience.

Ideal location for my purpose (Skiing / Mt Bachelor). Midway point (20mi /-) between Redmond Airport and Mt Bachelor. Early Breakfast was perfect for me - yogurt and coffee. Spacious accomodation. Property may have had its hay day in the nineties. Absolutely fine, clean and functional. Would return.

This hotel is outstanding! The mattress is one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on, the fireplace in our room is wonderfully relaxing and calming, and the room is half again the size of most hotel rooms. The location is also in a very quiet neighborhood with no traffic noise. We were offered a beverage upon arrival (wine or a non-alcoholic juice or soda). There was something wrong with tv transmission so the GM called the cable tech support dept and worked on it till it was repaired (30 mins), then went to the store and bought us a bottle of our favorite wine as a way to apologize for the snafu. We are impressed! Anytime we come to Bend in the future, we now have a new favorite hotel accommodation and will recommend this site to anyone who asks. Wonderful!!
