"The cabin was great. The property was quite and out away from town but close enough to get to everything without any trouble. The host, Deb Hogan, is fantastic. This is the second year we booked with her and will do it again year."

The space was exactly as described in the listing, from the comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to prepare our meals at home. The location was perfect, within 30 minutes to all local attractions and restaurants. "I did have some major difficulties communicating with the host initially but we were able to get back on track and in person, he was a very friendly, sweet man. The cabin is perfectly located between Three Sisters and Seven Sisters Springs and other beautiful Nature Coast locations. It was quiet and you'll appreciate the nice, dark, starry skies if you're coming from a more urban location. The check-in instructions were clear and the cabin was clean and comfortable. The host has four very friendly dogs that greet you when you arrive."

"The owner of the property met us as soon as we pulled up to show us a better parking spot, introduce us to his adorable well behaved dogs " Blue was my favorite" and to get us familiar with what the property had to offer. Beautiful little ranch. With two beautiful horses. Our cottage was very quaint and spotless with Roku TV and Netflix which was nice. There was also other nice touches like in room coffee, water, mini muffins and yogurt in the mini fridge. I will definitely plan a future vacation around this amazing venue."

" WE are older snow birds so weigh these comments with that in mind. Older double wide on 5 acrres, first impression was not what we expect from pictures and on line description. The home sits about 400 feet back from the road & the front yard is a field of scattered trees and native grasses.The frontage along the road was unkept with partial fencing and scattered brush clumps. Owner was accommodaring. Master queen bed room was not pictured in listing. Bed had no box spring it was uncomfortable and was very low to floor. When we requested some fixes, owner stated that she was aware of the bed and would fix the situation. She brought a box spring which helped. She replaced the sofa bed in the living room with several Lounge chairs, which was an improvement. We added a lamp and an end table. (ONLY ceiling lights in the house) Other two bedrooms were un used. Kitchen was okay. Cable TV in all bedrooms, No local programs available , we used HULU to get sports and local channels. The Hot tub had no water heater, cold in winter, probably ok for summer use. The owner is new to the VRBO scene and is learning the rental game. "
