I don’t believe I would have booked a place that said no A/C but the management company stated that it is in the listing (which it is now at the very end when I looked after we arrived). Hotel is within easy reach of Milan centre by train which is a short 5 minute walk to train station. Reception staff were polite, accommodating and very helpful. Breakfast is good and adequate and coffee exceptional. Staff overall were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Parking spaces close to hotel entrance is lacking but available for free.
