"Room was clean. We were in the older section of the hotel and there was a few things that needed addressed. The staff came up and took care of it shortly after I reported the issue. Beds were comfortable. Shower needs attention."

Next night found 2 nice places serving food till 10pm. Been a Wyndham member for years & couldn’t get my points when I checked out too. Not a good customer engagement experience…."

"Computer system at this Hotel leaves a lot to be desired. I had paid for 2 nights on Monday April 27, covering April 27 and 28. However after morning errands I returned to my room and found that I was locked out. Front counter staff claimed that I had not paid for April 28. So I contacted Citi Bank and found that I had paid for both days on April 27. Clerk finally allowed me to stay. I will not return."
