"This hotel is need of upgrades. The toilet when flushed makes a continuous noise that was annoying. The elevator was shaky and the button to request the elevator was broken. Kevin at the spa talked too much during the massage. He rushed through the massage. He didn't massage my feet. Although I appreciated the hot towels on my back. The steam room was dirty. It was also rusty in several areas. No complimentary water nor snacks were available nor offered to prior to the massage. Cars can be heard from outside revving up their engines and horns blowing. Extremely annoying to the point we could not relax during the massage."
