"The overall property was great with lots of amenities. The pools are awesome. While our room was clean, the floors were not. The floors had hair on them and we had to sweep when we got in. The check in was awful. The line was insane. While we went during spring break, it didn’t feel like there was enough staff to support it. At one point, I asked someone to help me check in online since we were in line nearly an hour. She realized the online check in option was removed from the app and literally just walked away. Didn’t come back, didn’t check in on me, nothing. Also, the stay only covers one car during stay and no where on our reservation did it say that. It was another $35/day we weren’t aware of. Additionally, there are no smoking signs posted around the property stating that there will be fines yet two guests were outside the parking garage were smoking weed and no one was stopping it. While the amenities were great, I’d think twice before I stayed again."

"Although the room was nice i was overcharged for my breakfast and charged 10 a night to park with no notice until check in of the charge when asked at the desk for an explanation nothing was done to fix the overcharge andcwas told the reasteraunt wad 3rd party and to take it up with them not happy..."

"Needs updating. The room I had did not have a working heater, took 3 calls to get a portable heater. All outlets in the room are worn and did not work. Windows looking out to the beautiful beach was covered in greasey handprints. Drapes were filthy. Spending $1660 for 4 days was a disaster. No one at front desk ever answer the phones. "

"Everything was fantastic except they don’t clean or deep your room everyday we stayed 4 days and I had to get the cleaning lady to please sweep our room I had to go hunt her down for towels "
