"While the property presents itself at a premium price point, the overall experience did not reflect that standard. The breakfast was underwhelming, the coffee was disappointing, the scrambled eggs lacked proper texture, and the pastries appeared dry and not fresh. The on-site restaurant also did not justify its pricing. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Despite two cleanings, sand from my only beach day remained on the bathroom floor until checkout, which was unexpected for a hotel in this category. That said, the staff was a highlight, professional, kind, and multilingual, making communication seamless. The view, however, was beautiful and one of the few aspects that truly stood out. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again."

"Really excellent family suite which was essentially a double room and a twin room (themed with child-friendly decor and activities) with a connecting door. The pool is heated which is great. There is a play room for small children and a games room for older children but these are unsupervised. Supervised children's activities are available on weekends. We had access to the executive lounge which was great, especially whilst waiting for check-in, and for our flight which was a bit later than the check out time. Staff are generally very attentive and polite everywhere."
