A family oriented resort, ideal if you are travelling with kids. Quality was excellent and the staff helpful with everything. The suites were very spacious and details like the safari and safari-like decoration all over the resort made the stay a beautiful adventure.

This place is so magical. Quiet, clean, so beautiful, the staff is exceptional. Played tennis which was so fun, used the bikes, the beach is awesome We loved our stay here!

Nice hotel with great potential but our experience wasn't all that great. The hotel was mostly empty during our entire stay, there were only about 5-10 occupied rooms in total which I felt rendered reduced services throughout the hotel. The buffet system was very slow. There was one station were you would order the protein, which was made to order, and another station to order the sides, but there was no coordination between the two stations so you would get your side first and your main dish 20 mins later... One night 3 of us ordered salmon that was served extremely under cooked. The salad station was very limited, so was the bread options. The menu was exactly the same for lunch and dinner during our entire stay so we ended up venturing out to eat outside the resort so we wouldn't have to eat the same every day. Breakfast options were limited as well. Drink service was very slow because if you order wine they have to go and get it from a wine store that's far from the restaurant, cocktails are brought from the outdoor bar which is also far from the restaurant, and bartender service at the beach and pool was extremely slow, which was hard for me to understand why as the hotel was completely empty. The hotel grounds are really nice and all the common areas are very clean. We were very pleased with the size and cleanliness of the room. The staff was friendly but sometime it felt like they were a little lost. Another downside was there was constructions ongoing which was annoy

Hotel com infraestrutura de lazer muito boa para famílias com crianças, quartos confortáveis, funcionários educados. Mas, por ser um resort, achei que falta mais opções para alimentação durante o dia, pois não tem nem um lugar para tomar um café da tarde e opções de lanches para bebês. Os horários das refeições também são limitadas para quem está com bebê, iniciam muito tarde. Falta também mais banheiros próximo da piscina. Outro ponto fraco, foi a falta de orientações gerais na hora do check in sobre o hotel, horários, o que tem para se fazer.

O local é lindo, as instalações confortáveis, todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, especialmente os Srs. Rafael e Paulo, que estavam servindo na piscina e o Sr. Marcelo que servia no jantar no restaurante Pérgola. A comida no almoço e jantar deixou a desejar, os pratos estavam sempre frios. O hotel encheu na sexta-feira e a piscina ficou ocupada somente por crianças, enquanto o espaço Kids, com parque aquático e outras distrações, estava vazio. Seria necessário que os hóspedes recebessem ao menos um "folder", impresso, por e-mail ou WhatsApp, com informações sobre o funcionamento do hotel, com os horários de refeições e regras a serem observadas pelos hóspedes, informando, inclusive, que crianças, exceto as de colo, não deveriam frequentar a piscina dos adultos, mas aquela para elas reservadas no espaço Kids.

Ótimo hotel para família

Hotel com pensão completa e ótimas refeições, tanto na qualidade quanto na variedade. Instalações bem cuidadas e funcionários cordiais. Quarto com 2 camas de casal, mas camas um pouco maiores do que uma de solteiro. A recreação para crianças acima de 10 anos precisa melhorar, pois não se cumpre o que está na programação e os recreadores não cativam as crianças.

Maravilhoso o atendimento de todos os funcionários, sempre atenciosos. Fiquei impressionado positivamente pelo clubinho para as crianças - várias atividades e jogos num único espaço com uma única entrada controlada, inclusive com salão para refeições integrado. Incrível como podem comentar negativamente sobre as instalações - problemas pontuais todos tem em suas moradias! Problemas com o check in é só respeitar as regras e não ter a indelicadeza de interromper um atendimento a um hóspede!!

Funcionária mal educada e desqualificada

Ao entrar no hotel , o checkin estava previsto p às 15:00 , chegamos às 14:10 justamente p não ter q ficar na fila e aproveitarmos bastante. Chegando lá fizemos o checkin e a funcionária Gabriele da recepção nos informou que só poderíamos entrar no quarto às 15:00 mas que poderíamos circular pelas dependências do hotel pq assim q o quarto estivesse pronto ela nos mandaria msg avisando, pois bem ficamos passeando pelo hotel , etc … quando foi exatamente as 15:00 voltamos para recepção e encontramos a mesma com a fila enorme, pedi a atenção por 1 min da atendente Gabriele somente para saber o número do nosso quarto. A mesma falou q eu deveria ficar na fila novamente para saber o número do quarto . Fiquei praticamente sem entender nada , pois eu já havia feito o checkin antes justamente p não ter q enfrentar fila . Pois bem , como não teve jeito ficamos na fila novamente, com meu filho pentelhando p ir brincar. , etc … na nossa vez do atendimento para nossa surpresa , não tinha quarto disponível! Achei um absurdo por um hotel dessa estrutura ter profissionais tão desqualificados trabalhando lá, causou uma impressão horrorosa p nossa 1ª vez . Depois de passar por vários atendentes e pedir para falar com o gerente , conseguimos ir p quarto 1 hora depois. Fiquei muito chateada com a situação pois fui cedo para adiantar e não adiantou nada . Tirando isso tudo foi maravilhoso.
