"It is a ok hotel, definitely not a 4 star hotel, there was broken items in the rooms, room service did not speak any English to take any order which is very disorganised coming from a apparent 4 star hotel, the room safe was broken, receptionist said that they would send someone to fix it, but no one came throughout my entire stay to fix it.."

"The shuttle that runs from the airport is every hour - it is not very helpful if you just miss the shuttle, especially at night. On the other hand Uber is easy and cheap - so all in all a good solution close to the airport. "

"We stayed in the executive level so had access to the executive lounge. Which was nice but quite small. The bathrooms were a little old. Some staff were excellent, some not quite so keen to help. Very good breakfasts! The Hilton is quite a big and busy hotel but very well located "

"This hotel is in a prime location with incredible beach access and overall strip access. We enjoyed the private section of the beach, the rooftop pool, onsite gym and even the sauna. We traveled with another couple and really took advantage of the amenities. Our original room had some issues and we were quickly upgraded to a newly renovated room which took us from a full ocean view to a partial ocean view, but incredible view of the city and favelas. The staff was truly wonderful. Special shoutout to Diana who quickly took care of our room situation and assisted us with a late checkout since our flight is a red eye. We will definitely be back. "
