"We absolutely loved our stay at The Beachside! It is one of the coolest places we've ever stayed at - from the retro decor to the jazzy music, the place is a whole vibe. Rooms are intimate but very comfortable, especially the sheets and beds. Food was great in the lobby, as well as the selection of snacks in the rooms. The pool is quaint but perfect (and heated!). We didn't participate, but I loved how the hotel hosted activities like movies on the lawn for the kids, and they wore headphones to watch so it didn't inconvenience anyone. I'd say the only thing missing could be a shuttle to town or the beach in case it's raining, but if it's not, it's a perfect short walk over. I do love the location - close to the action but a little removed from the center, which makes it a peaceful retreat tucked away. Highly recommend this property, and will be back!"
