"The unit is very nice and well furnished. The location was perfect for our needs and street parking worked well. The owner was responsive, though we specifically looked for a place with a washer/dryer, and only after we booked were we informed it wasn't working. We were assured that "maintenance was on it", so we extended our stay. The owner also offered to pay for our laundromat costs. After 11 days, the washer was never fixed. "Great access to area amenities in quaint setting, providing adequate privacy. The space is well maintained inside and out but could use some updating for "style points". While the space is clearly cleaned on a regular basis there is a bit of wear and tear, nothing to shy away from, yet.
