Fully Renovated Gem near Cherry Creek North

Welcome to Denver! Our beautiful neighborhood is quiet with easy access to main roads & highways. This location is a short walking distance to restaurants and shopping! Our basement is newly renovated and built with the comforts of our guests in mind. It includes a private entrance, one bedroom, one bathroom, a closet, a spacious living area and a full kitchen/bar area as well as an outdoor sitting space. This is perfect for small families, friends visiting, or couples looking to get away. Guests have their own private access to the home to ensure comfort and simplicity. (we are stying upstairs on the main level). The entrance is on the LEFT SIDE of the house when you arrive with a separate door! Lock access code is automatically sent the day of your arrival.

The host was super helpful when it came to finding the location. We truly loved walking into the space, which is larger than the pictures give credit, after a long day of doing things around denver. I would highly recomend this property for anyone who is just trying to spend some time in quiet comfort in denver.

perfect spot for my daughter and I. Close to observatory Park and in the neighborhood where my son lives so convenient. The apartment was clean and accommodating, very comfortable. Would stay here again. The host was very friendly and helpful when we had questions.

This property is beautifully decorated, very clean, bright, and cozy in a really nice neighborhood close to lots of conveniences. The host provided everything I needed for my 3-night stay, and obviously cares about providing a great experience for guests. Highly recommend! Will stay there again next time I'm in Denver.

This was my second stay at this property and it was just as good as the first. It’s immaculate. Owner is friendly and her communications are thorough. Location is in a quiet neighborhood but close to shopping, restaurants, and I-25. I will stay here again when I visit Denver.

Great VRBO, Wonderful Host

Host, Edina, was wonderful. She was easy to contact and always replied quickly. The accommodations were clean, tastefully decorated, and easily accessible. There was street construction, but Edina kept us informed each step of the way so there were little to no inconveniences. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Denver.

Great Denver Location

I recently stayed here and had an exceptional experience while traveling solo. The unit was amazingly clean and comfortable. The quiet and secure location provided a peaceful retreat. The accommodations were just as pictured. The space was plenty large and was clean. The exctra touches left by the owner, a jar of coffee and filters, some travel sized shampoo and conditioner, etc. Was nice. The refrigerator is dorm size, and was plenty big for us, but so you are aware, there is no freezer. Location was so convenient to everything! We would highly recommend this place!

My husband and I stayed for a get away. Great quiet neighborhood. The communication with the owner was very easy. The bed was very comfortable and the accommodations were portrayed accurately on the description. You can’t walk to restaurants which is the only downside. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location if you are going to Red Rocks. Easy to get to many locations near Denver. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Easy check-in and good communication with the owner. Bed was very comfortable. Some things to note: You need to go down stairs to enter the home. It is a basement apartment. They have windows and there was light. There was no temperature control. Overall, this was not a problem, but it did get a little warm at night. Most of the time, the temp. was comfortable. Overall, this is a clean and comfortable space. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Denver location in quiet neighborhood

Stayed at this property with my out-of-town sister and my 2 and 4 year old kiddos. Space is clean, open and well-maintained. The ceilings are high and there's lots of windows letting in natural light, so you didn't get that claustrophobic basement feel. We appreciated the large area of the kitchen to back living room area, next to bedroom, so kiddos had space to get their wiggles out. Do note there's stairs (it's a basement space, with a separate entrance), which was fine for us even with little toddlers. It's also across the street to a nice park with swings and bike/walking trail which we visited daily. South Colorado and S. University are minutes away with great eateries, grocery stores, and bars. You're about 10-15 minutes from downtown, depending where you go. So it's nice to be able to visit downtown but not have to sleep in downtown noise. I would definitely stay here again and/or have out-of-town guests stay here. The host was quick to respond.
