"Room is a little dated and worn out, bed mattress is out dated could use replacement, room was a little dirty, tooth paste on outer edge of bathroom sink bowl, mold in corners of shower. Staff is amazing and helpful, restaurants great food selection. Hotel is great option when long layovers occur during travel."

"I upgraded myself to a Club room and enjoyed the benefits it offered but i was very surprised that the club lounge was not busier in the evenings for drinks and canapés, it was only myself on the two nights I stayed not that this was a problem. The room itself was lovely although the air conditioning was a little noisy and even when switched off there was still a noise from the fan. Also and I would suggest a member of staff stay in the room for the night ( 2611) as in the evening/ night time there was a mechanical/ piping noise that went off about every 20 minutes. I don’t think it was the lifts but worthwhile investigating. Apart from that the bed was very comfortable and having the complimentary mini bar was a big plus. All the staff were excellent and I would definitely stay here again."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Shifted to the A block after the first night as there was lots of construction work going on behind the older block and it was quite noisy....even from up at the swimming pool. Much quiter over at the other side, mattresses and pillows much more comfortable too. Would happily stay again. khop khun kha 🙏"

"The staff are very friendly, polite and very much willing to assist. The hotel is in great location with MRT next to it (behind the hotel). Bugis is a few blocks away and the hotel has lots of dining options within 2-5 min walk."
