This is a solid three star hotel, fairly clean with great amenities. The front desk staff is phenomenal. The housekeeping staff, NOT SO MUCH. First, they removed my do not disturb sign while I was out and cleaned my room on day one, after they said they don’t do that. With the sign on the door, they should not be entering. My makeup bag was in disarray which makes me think they searched through it. But nothing was missing. Then, on my second day I was awoken at 7am by the housekeeper letting herself AND ANOTHER GUEST into my room!!! She said there was water running, but it was rain playing on my phone. Then the guest proceeded to yell at me that it had been bothering him since 11pm. Eight hours later?? Why not knock sooner and say something?! Highly unprofessional and DANGEROUS behavior from the maids. Not cool. Granted, the walls are extremely thin. Could hear the neighbors stomping upstairs all day and night. Thus playing white noise. But I didn’t think my rain sounds were THAT loud. Either way, they should never be letting another guest into a room. The coffee and breakfast were very convenient to get the day started. The pool was nice. Hot tub seemed a little old and over chlorinated but nice and hot. Very convenient location. If it weren’t for the two incidents with housekeeping, it would have been an excellent stay. Sadly, I would not return. Because it was booked from Expedia, they could not refund a night to make amends. I hope to hear from management.

It was a bit dated but in a good location. Some good ethnic food locally. The staff were very nice. The location made transportation to the cruise ports very easy and fast. We’d definitely stay again.

Every member of the staff were super friendly and super helpful. The hotel is very nice and is within easy walking distance to the monorail, Pikes Place Market and anything else you want to experience.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean but small. Small fridge and microwave in room. Free coffee in the morning and cold water in lobby all the time. Air conditioning worked well. 3 rd avenue is sketchy if you go to the right of the building. Many homeless in Seattle. If you walk to space needle go to fourth then turn left. Nice area. They have security outside all night and the lobby is locked at 10 pm. We took a shuttle from airport to port for our cruise and the front desk set that up for us at checkin. Also they will hold your luggage before checkin if u arrive early

The room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet. However, there are only two elevators on the property and one was broke. We had to wait more than 20 minutes to get an elevator and the luggage trolley doesn’t even fit in the elevator, you had to maneuver it and he had to take two trips because we couldn’t fit in the elevator at the same time as the luggage trolley. Staff directions to a restaurant that was actually across the street were terrible. We walked four blocks out of our way before we realized that the restaurant was actually across the street.
