"The staff was nice and informative. The room was clean and well spaced. The pool was warm and cozy. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant steps away was a plus."

"We arrived late after a flight, around midnight. It was just a one nighty stay before we hit the New England road. Check in was quick. I asked if there were bottled waters in the room. Nope. I asked if there was a coffee maker in the room. Nope. I had to buy $3 small water bottles from a vending machine. The room had torn curtains and dirty rugs. The shower was slippery and had no rail to hold onto. I have neuropathy in my left foot and was damn near terrified to slip and fall. After i got out of the shower, I went to dry my hair and the dryer did not work. I heard the maintenance people in the hall, and I told one the dryer did not work and asked if I could get another one. He ran up and down the hall over and over. I waited with the door slightly ajar. When he returned he tried to hand me a PLUNGER! A USED PLUNGER. I am not kidding. My son woke up when I yelled NO NO NO NO. I pointed to my wet hair and made the blower noise, and he laughed and came back with a working dryer. We did not have breakfast because it was all SUGAR products. No protein. Junk food. I would not stay here again, I would make the drive a few more miles for something more suitable. "

"Room was clean. The $50.00 deposit for damages to the room feels like a scam I will not be back. I did not see anything about the $50.00 when I booked the room. I want my money back!"

"The property is very old and doesn't seem to have been updated in a long time. The rooms are are not low cost and yet you don't get anything complementary besides the breakfast. The breakfast is basic like most other places. They do have a shopping nook that sells toothpaste, toothbrush, moisturizer etc. The room was alright, but mattress was not comfortable for me, the springs had lost a lot of its tension. The Wi-Fi in room stopped working after the first day. And finally I had to call multiple times to get the final invoice, seemed like an internal technology issue and they couldn't send the email out. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and I wouldn't go there again."

"The faucet blew off the shower wall and water was every place. The door of the room looked like someone had previously tried breaking into it. The elevators didnt work and the pool was under construction. The breakfast was less than desirable! "
