"Clean room. The man at the office was very friendly."

"We expected 2 queen beds we got 2 double beds.The security lock on the door was broken,the smoke/fire alarm was just a wire hanging from the ceiling and the second bath towel was full of suspect stains. The only positive was the gentleman on reception on checking out who listened and apologized and later called to say we would get a refund.We would never recommend this place "

"We had an amazing weekend staying here with a group of 12 friends. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The house was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. Everything appeared brand new. There was more than enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably, hang out together, and still have personal space when needed. I especially loved the large dining table.we all ate together.. Our host was fantastic — responsive, helpful, and very clear with instructions, which made check-in and check-out seamless.Overall, this was the perfect place for a friends’ getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a group trip!"

"I had to stay one night only, for a short business trip and I am glad i found this place. I was not expecting the most luxury nor up to date hotel after reading some reviews but as long as it was clean i was satisfied. Well, i booked the small room and i was very pleased, it was immaculately clean, the sheets were super soft, and all pressed. This will be my regular place every time I need to travel to this area. I am.glad I found it and i didn't break the bank to stay in The Hamptons. "
