" Very helpful staff"

"We have stayed at this property a few times in the past. I felt that it was clean and the staff was helpful, When needed. Unfortunately, this time I do not feel like the staff was helpful at all. The place wasn't as clean as usual. There was usually a very nice breakfas. It was definitely lacking this time. No one there too help us and no coffee. I sadly am going to have to find another place to stay when I visit my family in Williamsport."

"Great staff, clean rooms, Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, The only problem was the toilet in our room ( #317) keep running water, has to be fixed after each flushing."
