Staff was great. Area was busy and not the most attractive, but the beds were comfortable. The space is not the cleanest; specifically, there is trash and dirt under the beds. Overall, we had a great stay and were grateful for the simple breakfast, hot showers and kind staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was not very clean. There was a very large dusty spider web above the bed. And several other dust spots in the corners of the room. There was no comforter on the bed, I was told there was a blanket between the top and bottom sheets, but it wasn’t really a blanket, just a slightly thicker sheet. Bathroom was clean, but the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. Could be a little cleaner.

Good price especially during homecoming at local university. Reasonably clean. TGI Friday literally next door. Easy parking. Felt a bit run down...my room door would stay open even though I thought I closed it. Toilet didn't properly flush unless held handle down.

Nice place when looking for something on the cheaper and convenient side. Exceptional Staff, they're all Wonderful especially the Kitchen guy ( sorry didn't get his name). I gave 3 star on on Propert facilities only because they Definitely need a New Pool guy that knows how to maintain a Clean Sparkling pool.

The staff is wonderful. The carpet is very sticky to bare feet and despite it being smoke free, my room does have a bit of cigarette smell in it. Bed is comfortable.

We stayed in room 171, not sure if this was a room assigned for 3rd party reservations. The room was filthy, stains on carpets, dirt on the bathroom countertop, no hot water, stains on the sheets, about 30 channels on the TV with no HD channels. Signs posted stating a 100% smoke free facility, but the night clerk stood outside our door and smoke, we had to deal with this twice when entering our room. To me, facility means on the premise. He was also not very friendly. I searched this hotel when I got home and the price was $85 on Expedia, I paid $117, I would like a refund of $32. The hotel should be named NOT Quality Inn, and this hotel gives Expedia a bad name and should be removed from your list of Hotels. On a good note, the breakfast was awesome and the guy working the cafe did care about his job and was very helpful.
