Just park the car and walk to everything from this 3 bedroom air conditioned unit. It has been tastefully renovated. Open plan kitchen, with dishwasher, bathroom and 2 of the bedrooms have built ins.

There is off street parking for 1 car and a shared laundry.

Only 100 metres to main beach and 1km to the country club you can be sure you will have a relaxing holiday.

South West Rocks is a small coastal town on the mid north coast situated near the mouth of the Macleay River - by car approximately 5 hours from Sydney or Brisbane. South West Rocks offers 8 beautiful white sandy beaches, modern Country Club with bowling greens, tennis courts and 18 hole golf course, some of the best scuba diving in Australia, the Seabreeze Hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Riverside Tavern on the bank of the Macleay River. Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historic Trial Bay Gaol and popular Trial Bay Kiosk - a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops in the centre of town, including great cafes and restaurants, as well as a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels and tablecloths, etc. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

Great unit. All very basic but clean and comfortable. Great shower, lots of hot water for all 6 of us. Close to the main street and beach. After holidaying in SWR for the last 20 years, this will now be our accommodation of choice regarding value for money. Only one suggestion, it would be nice to have a full-length mirror and or a mirror in each bedroom
