"Great location with the monorail just across the road. Room is small but well fitted and comfortable. Great pool for children. Staff is warm and welcoming at check in. But what truly sealed the deal for us was seeing the dedication of the employee manning the towel station at the pool. He was creating animals from towels whilst warmly greeting guests and distributing towels. We were really impressed by the personal touch. "

"Really liked having a balcony and loved the pool. I thought it was a fab, unique idea of having the pool depth be shorter than most adults (and probably tall kids) so there was no real danger of accidents. The staff wasn't a positive variable- they need more training on how to address people from different cultures! The exception was a lovely person named Jasmine. She was very professional as well as friendly! I booked the hotel with Expedia, which has a deceptive photo of buffet - there was nothing healthy about the breakfast so I skipped it for the other 3 days. "

"this is an excellent 5 star hotel with a great location and and over all very good amenities and offerings. the real gem however is the staff that make you feel like you have a true home away from home. i spent a week in the care of the team and the guys and girls that greet you and help you as you come in and out of the hotel are fantastic. their help was priceless to me and i am grateful for the kindness and hospitality they showed me.
