"Trudy was responsive to any communication. We enjoyed sitting in the front and backyard taking in the Florida sunshine. Very peaceful neighborhood and enjoyed walks along Bayshore and neighboring streets. Recommend visitng Ballast point park and a nice local coffee shop a few miles down the street. If renting with children take much caution as the home has many breakables and delicate artwork throughout. "

"The inside of the house was beautiful. Little smaller than how the pictures showed, but still more than enough room for the 8 people that stayed there. The backyard was absolutely lovely. The pool was amazing, they even already have little floats for you to lay on in the water. My only issue would be some instructions on how to work the grill and firepit. We had minor issues with getting those to work, though they did have extra propane takes on hand in case they go empty. All in all, great...

"Perfect for the Tampa Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Busch Gardens, tour of the Raymond James Stadium, tiki tour, and a Bolts game. Lots of room and the game room theater was SO perfect. The pool was big so we did not feel crowded. Nice and quiet neighborhood which we appreciated. Excellent communication with Ryan"
