Room and facilities were excellent just had 1 bad experience at restaurant with poor meal quality and servers attitude . Hotel management resolved our issue.

Loved the gardens, pool and entertainment. Shortage of local area transport was an issue. Rented a car.

We had a great time there. Checking in was easy, the facilities were great and checking out was also easy. Self parking meant a bit of a walk to the car, but that was not an issue. We’re also very close to the coconut marketplace, so shops and dining were easy. At Kauai Shores itself, the lava lava lounge was excellent.

Loved staying here. Was glad we didn't opt for larger hotels with overwhelming numbers of guests. Attention from staff was friendly and really appreciated the direction cards to help us with our driving in an unfamiliar location, especially as we usually drive on the other side of the road. Poolside was peaceful and very relaxing.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we make this comparison against other hotels in other islands. Resort was fabulously quiet if you are in the Villas. Definitely recommend.

Kauai’s first ever hotel. Old world, clean and in a beautiful quiet location. Not 5 star but worth the experience!!

It was directly on to the beach with a beautiful pool as well, I had a patio leading out on to the beach front. They have all these extras for free, like borrowing a bike and local coffee to use with your coffeemaker in the room. Can easily walk to the town to get food, drinks or coffee. Absolutely beautiful.

Only stayed one night, but this would’ve been a wonderful longer stay too. Great for families. Ample space and facilities.

Really enjoyed the facilities here and the location. Kaui'i is a fabulous place. And the resort is great - but better for adults to opt for the normal room rather than the studio with murphy. All the restaurants we tried in the resort, in Anchor Cove and in Harbor Mall were great! I probably should have googled what a "murphy bed" was - so that's mostly on me. I just saw pillowtop and assumed it was a full bed. BUT I have slept on many sofa beds and fold outs, and still the bed was not...

This was our favourite stay throughout our 2 weeks in hawaii in different locations. We stayed in a garden view siew in H block, and it was extremely homely and comfortable. It had a living room, fully equipped kitchen, long balcony adjacent to living room and bedroom. The bed was clean, beautiful sheets and cosy blanket. The receptionist Noe was extremely welcoming, warm and helpful with settling us into the place. Even gave us some discount cards for local places. They even have an excellent...

A convenient property with good facilities. Short walk to the beach. Nicely finished room. Really enjoyed our stay.
