The apartment was great - getting in the property was tricky at first as code didn't work and property manager didn't respond but beyond that was good. the hallway and elevator was very dirty on arrival. the apartment was good though. nice size/quality

We loved the exterior of the building and the lobby. The lounge was helpful since they would not let us check in early at all. They didn't let anyone check in early and offered to hold bags. This was very disappointing as we got up to a clearly vacant for a bit of time small room that they could have clearly let us up to earlier but management must not allow any early check ins. The bed itself was hard, hips hurting hard. The bathroom and shower were ok. We liked the water refill stations. The location was amazing and helped make up for the other issues.
