"Clean room, friendly staff."

"The Alantis is under construction but the building was still decent. The only problem I had was the heater in the room did not work. I was freezing my first night. Hopefully they fix the unit before my next visit. "

"Easy to get to and from the airport. All the staff was very pleasant, and very helpful. I have no sense of direction whatsoever, so I was constantly getting lost in the casino, and people were so nice that they would even walk me to what I was looking for. I never had any fear of going off on my own because of this. Lots of restaurants, a few amenities, coffee, nice things that count a lot when you’re not leaving the property. I appreciated that. Decent with gluten-free requests, which I also appreciate!"

"Now I see why it was so cheep. This place needs some serious remodeling. I think money has been held back on a remodel since the mid 80’s. Staff is smoky there doing a job. Not welcoming or friendly. Probably under paid because ownership and management only know how to keep the lights on by saving money. "

"The check in process was awful. I got a king bed and they gave me a room with two kings, it smelled horrid, and a ton of sketchy people hanging around. Not a cool place "

"The front staff member, young lady (straight dark long hair) sorry can’t remember her name, is amazing! Love her customer service, professionalism, and so accommodating to what we needed. "

"The buildings and rooms are designed nicely. But the hallways smell of smoke. Even though there are no smoking signs throughout the buildings and rooms. The cigarette and marijuana smoke smell gets into the room. The front desk staff and breakfast staff are very friendly, delightful people."
