Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week and are $25 + tax, per person.

Completely remodeled in 2021, 110 E. Capricorn is a picture-perfect private home featuring 3 master bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms! Make your vacation the most memorable with a backdrop of gorgeous coastal decor. Step through the front door to an inviting entryway with a sitting area. Just past the sitting area is the open concept kitchen, living room and dining area. The living room features a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with all new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with pots, pans and dishware to make delicious home-cooked meals. A beautiful dining table accommodates 6 guests comfortably, while a large kitchen bar provides additional seating for 4.

Upstairs, guests have the choice between 3 master bedrooms. The first two feature king-size beds, flat-screen TVs and private master bathrooms. One of the two bathrooms is equipped with a deep soaking tub providing you with a place to unwind after an adventuring day on South Padre Island! The third bedroom entails a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV and private bathroom as well. Two of the bedrooms also have private access to a shared balcony with lounge chairs perfect for basking under the sun, enjoying a nightcap or just enjoying the sea breeze!

A privacy fence surrounds your very own, large private pool! Take a refreshing dip, lounge poolside or sit back and soak in the hot tub! Enjoy a nice BBQ with your friends and family or visit one of the many delicious local restaurants in the area. Many of them are within walking distance to this centrally located home. When you're ready to hit the beach, it's less than a 5-minute walk from your front door!

Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.

Great pre-Thanksgiving getaway

The house was a great space for our teens and us to share space in the kitchen/dining/living area or out by the pool, and we each had our own bedroom and bath to relax and rest. Beach access in 2 blocks and within 5 - 10 minutes of almost all of the attractions.

Fun with Family

This property worked perfect for our family and the dogs. Everyone had their own room the house was clean and the beds were very comfortable! The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. Thank for sharing your home with us!!

Fantastic!

My 2 daughters and I spent 5 days at this beach house in Sept. 2024 and it was great. Quiet, our own pool and hot tub and we each had our own bedroom suite which for us was great. Walkable to beach access though we chose to go to Isla Blanca Park and was pretty much close to everything. But then anywhere you are on Padre you are not too far from anything! Was a wonderful place to stay and we had a fantastic time. Thanks to Jasmine at SPI Rentals everything went fine!

Couldn't be happier with the home

This home really met above our expectations. Very clean, and up kept home. I only wished we had reserved the home for another day or two so we could have enjoyed it more. Great patio and pool space to relax from a long day at the beach. The 1st floor area is nice and open to enjoy with your company. I would highly recommend this home for small families. We also took our miniature schnauzer and was plenty enough room in the back for him. The house provided sand toys for the little ones, didn't have to buy or own. Beach access is walking distance plus there's a beach-side bar nearby for food and drinks. Will be looking to return to this house in the future. Thank you for letting us stay here.

Great Vacation Rental - Requires Too Much Personal Information

The property was just as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. It is nice having a private pool and hot tub in the backyard in addition to being a 5 minute walk from the beach. The only reason I gave it a 4 star review is that they will require you to sign a separate contract, outside of the VRBO contract, and they will require that you send them photos on the front and back of your drivers license and credit card. Due to this, I will not rent again from SPI. There is no reason why they need photos of these cards. They should simply request to see them at check-in. You also have to download their own mobile app for all of the check in and property details. There is no reason why this can't all be handled within the VRBO app. Summary: great property but they seem to be careless with collecting so much personally identifiable information unnecessarily.

Paradise in your Backyard!

If I could give this vacation rental 10 stars, I would! This has become our go-to property, anytime we visit South Padre Island. The backyard in and of itself, makes it worth the trip. I love how it's also pet friendly as part of our morning ritual is to drink coffee on the porch, with our dog (who is also part of our family) while enjoying the little sanctuary of beautiful scenery; birds chirping as we watch the sun come out, deciding what we would like to do that day. I've never seen bluer skies in my life, or a more colorful landscape to compliment them. We love the little humming birds!! It's essentially paradise in our own backyard. The property is well maintained, and fully stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy a weeks long stay. (Full kitchen, Full Laundry Room, Coffee Maker, Dishes, Dishwasher, pots/pans, utensils, paper towels and toiletries, Washer/Dryer, soap, towels for showers, and best of all a fantastic pool with an outdoor shower, that comes with plenty of pool and beach toys for the kids!) Fun to swim at night, while we BBQ dinner on the propane grill. The pool has pretty lights that reflect onto the palm trees. The house is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach with plenty of shops & restaurants nearby. This property is a home away from home, for our family. We love it here, and cannot wait to come back!!

We had a great time. The house is perfect distance to the beach, shopping, eating, etc. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen cooking dishes were limited for large groups but we made it work. Contrary to what we were told there were hairdryers and a keurig if that helps future renters.

What happened to this house!!

We stayed at this home two years ago and it was beautiful! This time however I was not impressed. There were stains on almost all the furniture. The hand rail to the stairs is broken and wobbly. The paint on the exterior needs to be repainted. The pool was dirty and I even killed a cockroach. Wish it would have been maintained over the last few years!

We really loved the full kitchen. It is fully stocked with all the kitchen appliances and equipment to cook full meals. Each nice sized bedroom has its own private bathroom plus a powder room downstairs. The landscaping is beautiful! We brought our dog along and really appreciated the fully fenced in backyard. The weather was not good enough to enjoy the pool or hot tub. We hope to be able to take advantage of them the next time we stay.

Fabulous Home and backyard

This home was perfect for our family. Our grandsons enjoyed the pool, the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The home is furnished nicely and is very comfortable. The backyard landscaping is very attractive. We hope to rent it again when we return to South Padre.

Lovely and comfortable home

Very well stocked and comfortable home! Three suites means everyone has their own bathroom! Our family had a blast. Only negative was that the hot tub didn’t work, but property management attempted to get it fixed.

This house is absolutely beautiful. It was exactly as the pictures portrayed. Our family loved everything about our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pool was very refreshing. It was a true home away from home experience.

Of all the houses we've rented on South Padre, this was by far the most beautiful and comfortable of all. It was spotless inside and out. The pool was great. This was the first one that the hot tub actually worked. We will definitely be renting this one again next year.
