Great Weekend House

Good weekend getaway

Totally Enjoyable

Enjoyed very much, Hot tub takes about an hour to heat up. We would recommend Sea Ranch for adult nightout.

Great pre-Thanksgiving getaway

The house was a great space for our teens and us to share space in the kitchen/dining/living area or out by the pool, and we each had our own bedroom and bath to relax and rest. Beach access in 2 blocks and within 5 - 10 minutes of almost all of the attractions.

Amazing

Love this oasis

SPI Family Retreat

Fun with Family

Fabulous Home and backyard

This home was perfect for our family. Our grandsons enjoyed the pool, the adults enjoyed the hot tub. The home is furnished nicely and is very comfortable. The backyard landscaping is very attractive. We hope to rent it again when we return to South Padre.

This house is absolutely beautiful. It was exactly as the pictures portrayed. Our family loved everything about our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pool was very refreshing. It was a true home away from home experience.

Of all the houses we've rented on South Padre, this was by far the most beautiful and comfortable of all. It was spotless inside and out. The pool was great. This was the first one that the hot tub actually worked. We will definitely be renting this one again next year.

Fantastic!

My 2 daughters and I spent 5 days at this beach house in Sept. 2024 and it was great. Quiet, our own pool and hot tub and we each had our own bedroom suite which for us was great. Walkable to beach access though we chose to go to Isla Blanca Park and was pretty much close to everything. But then anywhere you are on Padre you are not too far from anything! Was a wonderful place to stay and we had a fantastic time. Thanks to Jasmine at SPI Rentals everything went fine!

Lovely and comfortable home

Very well stocked and comfortable home! Three suites means everyone has their own bathroom! Our family had a blast. Only negative was that the hot tub didn’t work, but property management attempted to get it fixed.

This was an amazing property and worked perfect for 3 couples, each having a private bathroom was great! Beds were super comfy and the furnishings and decorations were very nice. We loved the outdoor speakers, the private pool and hot tub. Wished they had left written instructions for the features and mentioned that would be helpful to guests in the future. Would highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again myself.

SPI rental

We had a great time. The house is perfect distance to the beach, shopping, eating, etc. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen cooking dishes were limited for large groups but we made it work. Contrary to what we were told there were hairdryers and a keurig if that helps future renters.

Love this place! Will be back

We really loved the full kitchen. It is fully stocked with all the kitchen appliances and equipment to cook full meals. Each nice sized bedroom has its own private bathroom plus a powder room downstairs. The landscaping is beautiful! We brought our dog along and really appreciated the fully fenced in backyard. The weather was not good enough to enjoy the pool or hot tub. We hope to be able to take advantage of them the next time we stay.

Couldn't be happier with the home

This home really met above our expectations. Very clean, and up kept home. I only wished we had reserved the home for another day or two so we could have enjoyed it more. Great patio and pool space to relax from a long day at the beach. The 1st floor area is nice and open to enjoy with your company. I would highly recommend this home for small families. We also took our miniature schnauzer and was plenty enough room in the back for him. The house provided sand toys for the little ones, didn't have to buy or own. Beach access is walking distance plus there's a beach-side bar nearby for food and drinks. Will be looking to return to this house in the future. Thank you for letting us stay here.

Great Vacation Rental - Requires Too Much Personal Information

The property was just as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. It is nice having a private pool and hot tub in the backyard in addition to being a 5 minute walk from the beach. The only reason I gave it a 4 star review is that they will require you to sign a separate contract, outside of the VRBO contract, and they will require that you send them photos on the front and back of your drivers license and credit card. Due to this, I will not rent again from SPI. There is no reason why they need photos of these cards. They should simply request to see them at check-in. You also have to download their own mobile app for all of the check in and property details. There is no reason why this can't all be handled within the VRBO app. Summary: great property but they seem to be careless with collecting so much personally identifiable information unnecessarily.

Perfect!

This place was perfect! I was a little worried it might not be large enough, but it's much bigger than it looks in the photos. I loved the fact that all three bedrooms were upstairs so when the babies (or adults) were napping, we didn't have to be quiet. The landscaping was immaculate, the pool and patio were so very enjoyable. The home is beautifully remodeled and very comfortable. The surround sound was crazy! You'll need to watch a movie to get the full effect. And, it took us a while to figure it out, but the outside surround sound is just as good. You have to find it on your phone. There were no beach towels so you might want to pack those. We bought a wagon to take back and forth to the beach and left it there. Not sure if it will stay, but that's something to think about. The location is great! Short, easy walk to the beach and in the evening, a short walk out to the bay to see the sunsets (straight down the street). SPI Rentals were great to work with. We had a small issue with Wifi, but they came right out to get us up and going. This home was so perfect for our family of 8. We will definitely be renting 110 E Capricorn again.
