"The property is beautiful but nothing is open on the weekends. The elevators are extremely slow and there was always a long line. We were there for three nights and did not receive any housekeeping. The front desk was very unfriendly and gave conflicting information from when I had called prior to checkin. Overall, meh "

"Clean house at a great price within driving distance to many of Richmond's attractions like Bell Isle and Maymont. Host was very quick to communicate with simple, easy-to-follow instructions. Driveway is a bonus for two vehicles to fit. Nice bonus amenities like a children's game room with a large table "tablet" for games and back area sauna."

"Overall really liked the hotel. Fun decor and art, loved the toiletries in the bathroom, bed was clean and comfortable. A couple of times the staff was a little less than friendly, and we had a cold shower one morning. But overall we enjoyed our stay!"
