"10/10 location. Super convenient spot as it was our first time traveling to Europe. We felt very at home during our stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel enough."

"Excellent location to train station, beach, and food. About 15min walk to Old Nice. Very clean room and all the staff was helpful. My French is not the best and the cleaners were ok using google translate and me pointing to things. There were chargers at each bedside for the four of us, which the teenagers loved. We also had a fridge, which I did not know about. That was very nice to have. The water pressure was great and the small tub. The bathroom was so much better than other hotels that use glass doors now. This one had an actual door. Lots of closet space too. Great stay all around and if we come to Nice again we will stay here."

"Bedroom is not clean! We like the amenities and the well decorated lobby and bedrooms. But the bedroom wasn’t clean, no soap, just 1 towel, they didn’t cleaned the bedroom during the 3 days. We told about for the missing items but no response until we had to go to the receptionist to request it again for 3 rd time. The staff at the lobby just speak French. Need also maintenance at the hallway of the Bedroom, has one damage wall with holes that gave us a bad impression."

"The room was clean until you looked under the bed, which was totally filthy. The food is 75% microwaved and the swimming pools is a health hazard to children - It was so cold I had to pull my daughter out as she had blue lips and was shivering. I reported this to the manager and he told me it was my problem for letting her go in the pool - This was reported through Radisson HO who were disgusted and vowed to take action. If you do have children, do yourself a favour and re-book somewhere else!"
