My room didn't have any paper towels, the ice machine on any of the floors wasn't working at the PINNACLE TOWER, I hate that you had to go to a whole different tower for breakfast & also the fact that I couldnt take my breakfast with me to my room if I wanted too, & I couldnt check out without stopping at the front desk. I dont think I would stay here again due to these things but I was only here because it was convenient for my niece 10 year old birthday & she wanted to play in the pool & enjoy her time at the beach & that she did but just as far as for myself? I would not book here again until some things get updated I guess. "

"The hotel is just fine for the price you pay. The staff are friendly and location right by the beach is nice, but the rooms are very outdated. There is terrible moisture control so it felt humid inside the rood and the carpet constantly felt damp. They also do not provide shampoo and conditioner, and the doors between rooms are not soundproof so you need to hope you have quiet neighbors. Overall just okay. "
