I booked this place with two other adult friends, and we loved it. Grant Resort was clean, affordable, had good beach access, and had a nice bar and fun atmosphere without being overcrowded. It's also very close to the airport and an easy rideshare to other destinations in Myrtle Beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Property location, beach view and beach access was beautiful. Service was horrible staff refuse to clean rooms, bath linen was not replenished had to bring soiled linen to concierge desk and wait for it to be laundered , water pressure low, unable to regulate thermostat, and there were no doors throughout the two bedroom unit.

The rooms were very dated. The smell was definitely like a musky pet smell, and dresser drawers kept rolling out. I did notify front desk and they were out of other rooms which i understand. I have stayed in better for the amaount i paid. The access to the beach was the best part. I would stay again as Everything else was decent.

The property was nice and the location was perfect! We had a wonderful stay until check out when we came in contact with the front desk worker Semone who was being very nasty and abrupt with people checking out. Her attitude made a wonderful experience very ugly at the end. If she doesn’t like her job she should work somewhere else!

Very unique property. Best feature was that every unit is oceanfront, just steps to the beach. Pool was overcrowded (but this is typical for peak season). Overall seems they have upgraded it since being the Reef, but fell short in many ways (damaged dresser, bad overall room painting/quality etc). Was decent for the price.

The building itself has been renovated, it’s nice, however the rooms smell very old, dressers smell very old that we could t not place our clothes in it. Room service is not available unless you stay more than 3 days. The tvs are old, not smart tvs. The staff was nice, loved the view and walkable distance to the beach. My kids enjoyed the pool too. Good and drinks at the hotel were good as well. Not sure if we would be back here.
