Everyone greets you, hand over heart, day or night, whether you have interacted with them previously or not. They are appropriately engaging. Some have the most delightful sense of humor. If you have an issue with the staff, make no mistake, YATA. Couple this staff with the most gorgeous island I have ever seen, and you have a winning combination."

"Un établissement extrêmement bien tenu, en tout point. On sent qu'à sa tête il y a une direction soucieuse du détail. J'ai juste un mot : "Choisissez-le, réservez, et allez-y !" La prestation restauration est de qualité. Pour mon goût personnel de professionnel du secteur, il manque un peu de viandes grillées ! Mais c'est un détail. Vous serez comblés par les desserts qui sont dans les standards français sans aucun problème. (Un avis d'un professionnel reconnu de l'hôtellerie restauration). P.S. : il faut ajuster la fréquence et le sens des Shuttle "water room". Un service à améliorer."

"The view was amazing. The water was crystal clear. The staffs were friendly. Super easy to swim in the ocean. Just didnt see any fish. Our butler Sue was amazing and super helpful. She gave us a detailed tour of the island, help us find vegetarian food and booked us a trip to a nearby island for food. All the restaurant staffs were helpful to accommodate our vegetarian diet. "

"Our stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa in the Deluxe Overwater Villa with Pool was absolutely fantastic and truly memorable. From the very beginning, the experience was seamless. The airport pickup was extremely smooth — the Taj team was already present before we arrived, handled our luggage, and escorted us to the speedboat that took us to the island without any hassle. Check-in was quick and effortless, and we were assigned a dedicated staff member who stayed in touch with us throughout our stay and took care of every requirement promptly. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team — their service was simply exceptional. Every time we stepped out of the villa and returned, the room felt like it was prepared fresh for day one. This happened multiple times a day, and honestly, I’m still amazed at how perfectly they managed it. The entire stay was truly relaxing. Not even for a single moment did we face any issues or feel the need to follow up on anything — everything was handled proactively and with genuine care. "The whole experience was above and beyond our expectations. Starting with the home reefs that is so rich in marine life, we felt we didn't need to go to another place for snorkeling. The bungalows were outstanding, and had everything we needed for spending our vacation days in great comfort. The whole staff is so friendly and extremely attentive to every small detail that felt like they were in our heads, anticipating any needs we had and being so friendly and helpful. This was the best experience we've had in all of our 20 countries visited so far."
