Newly built and decorated, this 3BR condo is close to everything. Less than a mile's walk to the lake or the slopes, and near downtown Stateline with its casinos and Heavenly Village, with its spectacular gondola, shops, and restaurants. A family of up to 8 will enjoy spacious living and relaxation with a fully updated kitchen, air conditioning, private balcony, and comfy bedrooms.

Great location to walk to the lift, restaurants and shopping. Property was nice, roomy and clean with everything we needed for our ski trip. Would definitely stay here again.
This property was perfect for our stay in South Lake Tahoe, the property is located near the casinos, our host was very helpful and reliable, this place was amazing super clean with all of the amenities to serve my family, highly recommended!!!
It’s a great place for 2 families with kids. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and spaces are roomy, clean, and offer privacy. The location in terms of heavenly and the entertainment is very closely located.
Excellent condo with all the amenities needed. Great location within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and gambling fun. Secure gated area for safety. Definitely will recommend.
Loved our stay in this home. Very clean, short walking distance to the gondola, beach (snowmen instead of sandcastles on the beach is quite the sight!), restaurants, and shops. Great communication from the property management company before and during our stay. Plenty of room for our family (3 adult couples). We didn’t want to deal with winter driving so we took the South Tahoe Airporter shuttle from Reno and back - it runs several times a day and is very convenient. We would definitely stay again.
Loved the condo. Location was great and the roominess was idea with space to escape from the group. The "table shuffleboard" was a hit! Short walk to the lake and to many restaurants. Would recommend lower unit for families with small kids to avoid foot noise from above.
Town house worked well for our family of 5. Very comfortable and well taken care of home. The owner and property manager were gracious with their time and effort.
Communication and check-in were seamless. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
This is a very great place to stay with the family. Only con that can’t be controlled by the owner is the noise from the unit above. If someone is sensitive to noise, it may be not a good one.
Nice property but walking distance to ski gondola was a little far for easy access.

We were very happy with the rental. Clean and spacious. The shuffleboard was a big hit. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Short 5 minute walk to town or the beach. It would be great if there were beach chairs to use instead of renting for $30 per chair.

Overall a great stay. Love the location and the service provided. The unit above us was very loud all day/night, though. If you have a midsize pickup, that needs the full length of the garage, you’ll have to remove your tailgate to fit because of the oddly placed cabinet in the garage.
Our group of 5 stayed here to ski Heavenly for Spring Break for the college kids in our group. The layout was excellent and it was an easy 5-minute walk to the gondola. We used the ski valet at the gondola to avoid the walk lugging our skis and that worked great. We also used lockers to store our shoes as we skied.
The unit above us had some heavy footed people on a couple of the later nights, but that was really out of the property owners control, and we viewed it as something we just have to deal with in condo living at times. We would stay again!

Over very good. The last two nites the renters upstairs were very noisy. It sounded like they were moving furniture. Also a lot of lot of yelling and screaming at each other
We loved our stay in your home. It was in the perfect location allowing us to walk to the shops, restaurants, casinos and beach. We also appreciated the size of the home, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the linens very nice. If I had any advice to offer it would be to freshen up the pillows on the couch. They smelled strongly of men's body spray or odor. I bought a bottle of Febreze at Safeway and spayed the couch and all the cushions twice, but they seem to be in need of a good shampooing. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely home. The property management expects you to do “inspection” of the property for them and notify what needs to be improve or repaired upon arrival. We had a major water leak under the kitchen sink that was clearly there before our arrival. The living room with a couch and the area rug was very filthy and disgusting. It needs to be washed on a regular basis before giving the units for rent. Overall, the rental apartments old and outdated. However , it is in a good neighborhood. Walking distance to heavenly village.
