  • Tahoe Basecamp is a wonderful retreat for friends and family. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, breweries, groceries, and the lake. It is less than 2 miles to Heavenly Ski Resort, Heavenly Village and the casinos.

    The property is more than 10,000 sq. ft. located in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to a meadow.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Unload dishwasher. Wash all used pots and pans. Turn off ice maker. Place all trash bags in the bear bin by the driveway. Place recycling items in the blue bin across the front yard.
Turn thermostat to 55 degrees.
Turn off all appliances - oven, stove, exhaust, TV, etc.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
